How much does world wide shipping cost?

  • International shipping cost is based on country and weight.
  • For The Netherlands shipping cost is 6.50 euro’s.
  • For Europe and the UK shipping cost is 9.95 euro’s.
  • For all other countries shipping cost is 19.95 euro’s.
  • Free shipping cost above a amount of 150 euro’s

How Long does it take for my order to be sent to me?

  • All orders will be shipped within 48 hours and only on office days.
  • Once your order has been shipped, orders within The Netherlands usually take 48 hours to be delivered.
  • Once your order has been shipped, orders within Europe usually take 5 to 6 days to be delivered.
  • Other countries, we will give you your track and trace, you can see how long it will take.

How can I track my order?

  • All orders will be shipped within 48 hours and only on office days.
  • As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, whit this number you can track your order.

Do I have to register for shopping?

  • You do not have to register to shop on our site. However, registration is required for fast ordering, track and trace your order, and to cancel or return orders more quickly.

Is there a size chart to help me choose the right size swimsuit for me?

Need to exchange an item?

  • You can exchange every product for another item, if the item is available and if you return within 10 days. All exchanges must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and original tags attached.
  • Customers wishing to exchange items purchased online must first email at service@mykinybrand.com within 7 days of receiving merchandise for a return confirmation and instructions on returning goods. Customer is responsible to return it to the correct address, and must provide us with correct track and trace details.
  • Exchanges must be received within 10 days from the date of purchase.
  • If the amount exceeds the original order, you will receive an additional invoice. If the amount is less than the original order, you will be refunded.
  • Shipping costs will always remain at buyers expenses.

What if I received a wrong size or product?

  • If you have received a wrong size or product please send an email to service@mykinybrand and our customer service employees will help you further.

Which items cannot be returned?

  • Items that are used, washed, damaged or without packaging and tags on them are non returnable.
  • Also items in sale are not accepted back.
  • Shipping cost are non refundable.

How do I return my purchase?

  • Items can be returned to us within 14 office days after receiving your package. Ensure all items are unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached to the item and in originally packaging.
  • Customers wishing to return items purchased online must first email at service@mykinybrand.com within 7 days of receiving merchandise for a return confirmation and instructions on returning goods.
  • Returns must be received within 14 days from the date of purchase.
    Customer is responsible to return it to the correct address, and must provide us with correct track and trace details.
  • We can only accept return shipment by package service.
  • We will be needing the tracking number, please mail this to service@mykinybrand.com
  • When we have received the return package we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your package .
  • Costs for shipment is at your own expense. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

Refunds of Online Purchases

  • Refunds of online purchases are reviewed case by case.
  • Items that are used, washed, damaged or without packaging and tags on them are non refundable.

How do I get my refund?

  • As soon as we receive the item in good condition we will refund you, by using the same payment method used for the purchase.
