SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We ship and deliver orders worldwide six days a week. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment.
An email confirming your purchase will be sent to your email address.
All orders are shipped within the first 24 hours and on business days only. We'll send you a track and trace number, so you can track your package online. Once your order is shipped, it will take approximately 1 to 2 business days to arrive within the Netherlands. Orders within Europe will take approximately 3-6 business days to arrive. For all other countries, we'll send you a track and trace number so you can track your package. Our couriers do not deliver on national holidays.

- International shipping costs are based on country and weight.
- For the Netherlands the shipping costs are €6.95.
- For Belgium the shipping costs are 8.95 euros.
- For Europe and the UK, shipping costs are €9.95.
- For all other countries, shipping costs are €19.95.
How can I track my order?
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package.
Do you want to exchange an item?
- You can exchange any item for another item, as long as the item is in stock and you return it within 10 days.
- The item being returned must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached.
- Customers who wish to exchange items purchased online can email service@mykinybrand.com. You will receive a return confirmation and instructions for returning the goods.
- Exchanges must be received within 10 days of the purchase date.
- If the amount is higher than the original order, you will receive a supplementary invoice. If the amount is lower than the original order, you will receive a refund.
- Shipping costs are always borne by the buyer.
- The customer is responsible for returning the item to the correct address and providing us with the correct track and trace information.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
- If you received the wrong size or product, please email service@mykinybrand.com and our customer service team will be happy to help you.
Which items cannot be returned?
- Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or without packaging and tags cannot be returned.
- Items on sale are also non-returnable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How can I return my purchase?
- Items can be returned to us within 14 business days of receiving your package. Please ensure all items are unused, unwashed, undamaged, have their tags attached, and are in their original packaging.
- Customers wishing to return items purchased online must first email service@mykinybrand.com within 7 days of receiving the goods for a return confirmation and instructions on how to return the goods.
- Returns must be received within 14 days of the date of purchase.
- The customer is responsible for returning the item to the correct address and providing us with the correct track and trace information.
- We need the tracking number, please email it to service@mykinybrand.com
- Once we have received the return package, we will send you an email to confirm your return.
- Shipping costs are at your own expense.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How and when will I receive my money back?
Once we receive the item in good condition, we will refund you using the same payment method used for the purchase.
