Delivery

Risk and ownership

8.2 You will not become the owner of the Goods until we have received full payment.

Right to cancel the Agreement
9.1 Consumers within the EU can cancel the Agreement free of charge within 14 calendar days of its conclusion, without giving a reason. You must return the Goods in undamaged condition at your own expense to Marjoleinstraat 176, 1034DT, the Netherlands.

Liability
MYKINY's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Goods. MYKINY is not liable for indirect damages of any kind.

Intellectual property rights
11.1 All content on this Website, including images and designs, is the property of MYKINY and may not be used without permission.

Applicable law and disputes
12.1 This Agreement is governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of Amsterdam.
